I have read what some of you wrote about the kosher deli, and i have comments to add.
More important than decor at a restaurant is the food, which should be priority number one on a critics list. The food at the deli is really really yummy. It is the epitome of what a kosher deli is. Great deli meats.
Challah rolls are used for the burgers, which may not be traditionally used, but if you commpare it to white bread buns, they taste much better.
Also, keep in mind that the restaurant is less than 3 months old, so criticizm should be limited. It takes time for a restaurant to get its proper "groove." Plus, its hard to get kosher foods in CT, so if something doesn't taste great there, it may be supplimented ingredients that they ran out of.
