With a week to go before the Chef(MC) leaves we did one last Tasting Menu. It was the Best and the Last until a new Chef arrives.

Sea Urchin(Uni) Panna Cotta w/Yuzu
Spot Prawn Tartar w/Iranian Caviar mixed in
Foie Gras, Summer Truffle, Risotto (best dish of all time)
Turbot, Shishito, Pumpkin, Parsnip
Copper River Salmon BELLY, Carrot Cipp, SWEETBREADS Candied
Sonoma Duck Drake Breast with Cherries and Baby turnips
Cheese course
Deserts
Five Hours of extremely pleasent dining.
