on a bed of julienned vegetables along w/ mushrooms and grilled soy beans (which look like lima beans...didn't realize they were that big :-)
It was most excellent. The vegetables also had some miso wasabi sauce dribbled on them. The wasabi crust on the salmon was just enough to send a tingle up your nose and the salmon wasn't overcooked (though I'd prefer it to be a medium rare).
Never expected to find such a relatively fancy dish at Skipjack's. Remember to ask for extra rolls (freshly made, garlic crusted) so you can clean the sauce off the plate :-)
