Warning: Dim Sum GoGo Deceptive Practice

Where as all the other restaurants mark your items on a tally sheet at your table as your order from carts or trays, at DimSum GoGo, you check-off the items you want from a menu list, the waiter brings the list to the kitchen and return with a tally sheet. The tally sheet doesn't list the items you ordered and doesn't list the number of each item you ordered, just the number of dishes of varying prices. This is a problem especially if you have ordered 50 items and they come in waves of 5 or 10. Last 3 times they tried to charge us for items that were not served because "they ran out". They also "lost the checklist" when it was requested. We had to force them to subtract those items (one time it was 8 items!).

I love dimsum but can never wake up early enough to hit a more authentic restaurant. So this is what I'm left with: lousy food (I grew up eating dimsum in HK & Taiwan), poor service, and deceptive practice. So the lesson here is: wake up early so I can hit a decent dimsum place or KEEP TABS ON WHAT I ORDER AT DIMSUM GOGO!
