When I was a soundman for a rock n roll band on Long Island we frequently played in Asbury Park. There was a town to the south that had a barand grill called Kelley's or Kelly's,that served the best open faced Reuben. It came on what seeemed like a 9" x 12" oval plate and you couldnt see the plate. The swiss cheese was pefectly browned and gooey on top, with melt in your mouth corned beef. Anyone know if this place is still in business and do they still make the Reuben?
