I have a bottle of Wicker's marinade in my pantry. I don't know how long it's been there, but it's been at least a year... maybe two. The ingredient list has just vinegar, salt and spices. It's been opened before. I opened the cap to look inside and there were some sediments floating on top (I assume from the spices). A couple spots look like calcified sediment, but not mold. Is this still good? Since it's just vinegar and spices I assume you treat it like a regular vinegar, which lasts indefinitely. But the sediments are making me wonder. I attached a photo, hopefully you can see it clearly.
