best vietnamese salad rolls?

I am looking for a very tasty vietnamese salad roll. My salad roll ideal would be the vegetarian rolls from Pho Van in Portland, OR. They were small and neat, and had a nice proportion of vermicelli, bean sprout, flavorful fried tofu, green lettuce, and mint. They were served with a very nice peanut sauce that wasn't too sweet.

Is there anything similar to this in the Boston area? I must admit, I haven't tried many. I tried the rolls at Pho Pasteur (the Harvard Sq. location if that matters), and they were pretty much exactly what I don't want. Giant, sloppy rolls filled only with shredded iceberg lettuce, vermicelli, and fat bland chunks of tofu. The peanut sauce was okay, but nothing special.

No offense to anyone who prefers this style of roll, of course. :) I'm just trying to be clear about what I'm looking for and what I'm not looking for.

On the T line is best, but I will go where I have to for good rolls. Thanks very much!
