We really enjoyed our recent first visit to this Laotian/Thai restaurant in West Sacramento last week. The owner and his family provide really friendly service. We asked our waiter for some Lao specialties and ended up ordering several things:

- Stuffed chicken wings: EXCELLENT. Large crispy chicken wings stuffed with a seasoned blend of thin noodles, pork and spices. Really mounth-watering, better than the versions of this that I've had at Thai restaurants.
- Green papaya salad: Nice and spicy. Served with lettuce and cabbage leaves for wrapping.
- Tom yum soup: Really hot and sour/tangy.
- Lao fresh spring rolls: Served with a light dipping sauce of fish sauce and chilis.

No room to try the laap unfortunately, but we'll definitely be back to try more.
