Hi HK CHers ... I'm a NYC CH visiting HK for a week in October and excited ... this will be my 2nd visit but the 1st visit was a bit bleh due to jet lag / humidity. In any case, I've scoured the boards and put together a list.
Please help me vet this and suggest foods that I should be eating, too! I mainly want to try foods that I can't get in NYC... so for the "other" restaurant recs, please no Italian, etc. Also, can anyone recommend a good cooking class?
