Moved to the Chicago area from the Northeast nearly two years ago. I have mostly enjoyed and respected the subtle differences in the casual dining out here.
But I have one question: Is it me, or does veal parmigiana -- a staple as a sandwich or as a dinner with pasta at nearly all pizza places back East -- simply not exist at Italian restaurants out here?
Anybody know where to get a good veal parm sub in the southwest suburbs?
