I was trying to finish my list, just beginning to feel hungry, when I passed Uno Mas on Highway 17. I had heard mixed reviews, but I really like all Sal's other restaurants (diningwithsal.com) so I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did.
I got the Sopa de Lima, described as "Yucatan style chicken broth, avocado, bitter lime, tortilla strips, shredded chicken topped with Chihuahua cheese, tomatoes & cilantro". I don't know what Yucatan style is but it hit the spot. The citrus was obvious but not bitter at all. The shredded chicken had been cooked bone-in ( yes, I can tell!) The cilantro had been sprinkled just before serving so it too stood out but did not overwhelm. A half an avocado was sliced and placed on top. For six bucks it was a great deal. I also got the shrimp quesadilla, which came with cilanto pesto and a nice arugua salad.
The chips were fresh and warm - light, not like Fritos (although I love them too), and the salsa was almost as good as my own.
The menu was extensive, so I'm looking forward to going back. I usually don't write reviews after just one visit: I worked in restaurants back in the day enough to know how things can vary. But this was good enough to share.
