Uncle John's Ham & Eggs

On a recommendation from ipsedixit and other's I checked out Uncle John's Ham & Eggs. Arrived at 7am and there was ample free street parking (meters in effect at 8am--they don't have validated parking). The restaurant was clean with a modern decor and at least a dozen tables and 7 counter seats. I'm sure this is the complete opposite of their old location.
Ordered the signature spicy pork chop and eggs with fried rice($7.50 including tax) and noticed the 6 other customers in the restaurant also had spicy pork chops and eggs. The spicy pork chops were exactly like you get at a Chinese restaurant. They weren't that spicy unless you downed some of the peppers with each bite. Overall a good experience and good value. I'll stop by again and check out their other Chinese American items and lunch specials.
Open Monday-Saturday 6:30am-3:00pm
