We just came back from a road trip starting in San Francisco and ending in Jackson, WY. We stopped in Twin Falls, ID for lunch at the Buffalo Cafe (open 6am to 2pm). It's off the main road in the old downtown area, I think on 2nd Ave South. I had a perfect BLT, made to order and my husband had a turkey club with home roasted turkey. Excellent! We saw a number of the locals having breakfast at lunchtime, so that might even be better. The biscuits looked large and fluffy.
Don't be put off by the slightly scruffy exterior and the somewhat industrial neighborhood.
Also, the side soup was a home made chicken vegetable, also excellent. Skip the side salad of iceberg (what was I thinking??)
