What tempature are you roasting your turkey? I've always done 325 and 15 minutes per lb. but the NYTime's is saying 425 and that a 12-14 lb. turkey will take 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. If I do it at the highter temp, how long should I estimate for a 24 lb. bird? Of course, I will be testing the temp as I roast.
