Has anyone made it? I see Turduckens for sale online... but I am concerned about shipping very perishable foods and most reviews for pre-made Turduckens are not that great ... So I think I would like to try my hand at making one. It looks like a Turducken roll might be a bit smaller that a full sized one and I am only having 12 for dinner (some left overs are fine). Any ideas, tips or recipes would be greatly appreciated!
