I have been reading all the posts about TurDuckEn mail order. Sounds good, but it arrives frozen. I wondered how to make it from a fresh organic tukey, duck and chicken.
PAULA DEEN made one today on her Thanksgiving show on THE FOOD NETWORK, and although it is quite a production, it sounds like the results are worth it. The instructions are very detailed. Looked scrumptious and very yummy.

I have already ordered my organic free range turkey from my local butcher for Thanksgiving, and a Smoked Turkey from GREENBERG'S in Tyler, Texas for Christmas. Maybe New Year's Day..?
