Tuna fish

Maybe this is the wrong board to post to, but i am trying to find out if anyone here is an authority on the deal with mercury and tuna fish? I have heard a lot of conflicting information as to whether canned is better than fresh, atlantic vs pacific, etc...
Do any of you have any links or informative websites besides the EPA's that will give a little more enlightenment?
