Anyone tried Z-trim fat replacement?

I read about this. The recipes are surprisingly hi-fat. Like for creamy chicken, you mix chicken with cream of chicken soup and mayo (or something like that) *plus* Z-trim. Supposely you can substitute half the fat in your recipe with z-trim. They say it's made up of fiber. I was wondering if you could fry with it.
