Triangle: Chosun Again

I've had two more meals at Chosun since our last Chosun debate. It's an interesting case. Much of the menu is excellent -- the grilled meats for example -- but there are definitely sub-par offerings as well. We tried the Monkfish stew on our latest trip. The stew contained perhaps an ounce or two of fish, and strangely it did not contain much else, not even a decent helping of cabbage. It was essentially broth, and not a great one, for $14 or $16. Other dishes that have fallen flat: the tempura, the stone rice bowl with meat and egg, and the dumplings. Chosun is certainly a top Asian eatery by the local standard, but it does not belong in a category with the very best. Initially I thought it far exceeded Korean Garden, but now I am not so sure.
