traditional chinese breakfast

Hi -- I use to go to a restaurant in El Cerrito, CA called Gou Bu Li. It was a tiny place located in the Safeway parking lot. It has closed (6 months ago?) and now there's a Kragen Auto Shop in its place. Anyone know if the restaurant relocated somewhere? Does anyone know of another place where one can partake in some traditional chinese breakfast items? I dearly miss their homemade potstickers, soymilk (savory and sweet) and chinese donuts. They also had a bunch of small dishes (tapa size) that was fantastic (smoked fish, dry tofu and braised eggs, salted peanuts etc...)
Any news about the restaurant or where to go to find similar dishes would be greatly appreciated!
