Not being able to get to Formaggio's, and requiring a replenishment of cheese, I thought I'd pick up the quite good English cheddar TJ's usually carries. They were out (a frequent problem is the complete disappearance of something you've become attached to at TJ's). So I brought home an aged extra sharp cheddar from Wales, a "comparator" aged sharp from Vermont, and some ripe looking Delice de Bourgogne. They were all good to very good and I believe the most expensive one was 9.99 a pound. I'm impressed.
