Tournus Copper pot - scratches/holes/dots & unidentified beautiful copper pan

Hello citizens of America!
I have two questions, that have been in my mind for a while. By discovering this site, i hope i can get them answered.

1. I recently bought three beautiful pieces of Tournus cookware, made in France. I've tried two of them, and they perform superb! The third has some strange holes/dots in the lining (see picture), and i wonder if it is safe to use? Also i always thought that they were tin-lined until i heard of nickel lining. What do you guys think?

2. I also have this beautiful sauter pan, which on the side has the 'made in france' stamp, but no company-ID. To me it looks like Mauviel, but could it be a copy? Actually i am not really concerned about what brand it is, i am more curious to ask you why some companies dont put on the ID? What is the purpose of theese unidentified items?

Many regards from Denmark in Europe. I hope this is not US only, because i think i am going to stick around this wise forum, now that i found it :)

p.s. sorry for any misspellings - second language here!

Cheers, Silas Cotto
