Need a few non-tourist recs

Hello,

We'll be in NOLa 6/14 - 6/17 and while we have a few choices in mind, we'd be grateful for some recs and thoughts from the NOLa posters.

I've been to Acme several times and will surely go a couple of times in June (I've been to Felix but far prefer Acme). Brigtsen's is the plan for Tues or Wed. I'd like to try Domilise's for lunch, and I'll doubtless go to Central Grocery for muffaletta (I know there are a million opinions on Central, but I've had em and I like em).

I've heard Bon Ton and Mr. B's are winners, and that Mothers can be good for breakfast but can also be touristy. Any recs for (relatively) casual lunch and dinner spots (gumbo, jambalaya, ettouffe, Po Boys) will be truly appreciated. We're especially looking for places that locals go to far more than tourists (I know, I'm a tourist, but I have great hypocrisy : ) Also, is to possible to go say Arnaud's or K-Pauls at mid-day and have shrimp apps (bbq/remoulade) and drinks either in the bar or lunch, or are they more formal places. Oh, and are crawfish in season?

Thanks very much in advance and sorry for the length.

PJ
