i just thought i'd share some more food news about toronto... seems that things are getting pretty interesting for the food side.
i'm not sure how the can really make 'licious any better besides monitoring a restaurant from start to finish. chain involvement leaves me on either side of the fence, perhaps they'll be more consistent but will they really be producing interesting food?
are councillors filion (street food advocate) and feldman foodies?
