To my surprise I have discovered that I like bean curd. My girlfriend's vegetarian sister has it as a meat substitute in Chinese and it has, I've found a texture not unlike an omlette and an interesting flavour (mostly derived of course from what it is cooked in). With this, could I ask the board...
1) What are good places to eat Tofu in London? Particularly north west London?
2) What brands are good for home cooking?
3) Any favourite recipes?
