I recently bought three Cook's Country Annuals on eBay and am enjoying going through them (it cost not much more than it would have to renew last year's gift subscription for 2010). One of the neat tips was for making the traditional cross-hatch pattern for PB cookies. Instead of a fork on each cookie. Spray Pam on a grid-mesh cooling rack, invert it, and press it onto a baking sheet of dough balls, to form all the cookies instantaneously. .
