Hi, I decided that it would be easier to buy 2 small turkey breasts and cook them in the same roasting pan. Their weights are 6.75lbs and 7.32lbs. How do I figure out how long it will take for them to cook. I do not want them to be 'dry' - definitely do not want them 'undercooked'. They have the rib cage and parts of the wings. So should I take the larger one and use the chart for it; or the smaller one? They will be sitting in the pan, at an angle to one another - more or less. Any ideas or suggestions?
