The Mrs and I just went there Saturday night and had (I believe) one of the best restaurant dinners we have had in some time!!!
This is a very casual small place.
We started with the taro appetizer
They then brought out some Platanos Fritos with a spicy/lemony/garlicy sauce.
The mrs ordered the 1/4 CHICKEN Rice w/Beans(kind of like dirty rice) comes with salad.
I ordered the CABRIT (Goat Meat) sauteed with bell peppers/etc
We had a traditional Latte,Lemonade and sweet potato pudding also.
Bill was around $30!!!
All I can say is I regret not visiting this place sooner. I can not wait to go back.
The flavors were wonderful - a little spicy but good spicy.
Portions are perfect.
I have not had such good ethnic food since my first visit to CHA CHA CHA (in the Haight in San Francisco) the CHAx3 here pale in comparison to SF.
As I said - I can't wait to go back.
