Hi Everyone..
I want to go grab some pho in Ottawa's china town at lunch time, but I am always bewildered by the menu. Whats the difference between beef, brisket, fatty brisket, rare (well I know what that is...), beef balls... what do I order? I am thinking of trying Thu Do. Any recommendations?
