Has anyone heard the final decision about these chefs bringing new developments to Dallas? Dallas needs some rich, intense inventive food...i'd love to see more restaurants like "The Tasting Room" with 10 + courses...a little nibble of 14 courses with varying tastes and textures is so much more enjoyable than 3 courses!!
why is this such a problem in Dallas?? People seem to have a hard time budging for anything new.
Did anyone ever eat at the former "BIBA" in Boston? Has anyone eaten at "OLIVES" in Boston?...I wish there were more restaurants such as these in Dallas.
