Thin Tahini (Sesame Paste)

My husband is on the hunt for a certain kind of tahini. I normally buy it at the grocery store and even when I mix the oil back in it's still pretty thick. We're looking for the kind that they use at Bitar's or Aliyan's (sp?) - I'm assuming they use it in both their hummus and as a drizzle on falafel.
We're in Phoenixville so if someone could advise where to find it locally that would be wonderful. The city would work too...we'd just have to enlist someone to pick it up for us.
