best thin crust pizza? chicago chowhound returning home needs help

i'll be in chicago during the week of the taste, and will be staying with p's on nw side near harlem/touhy.
my mandatory chowlist is as follows:

taco-burrito king (for the steak burrito)
gene and jude's (for the fries, yea!)
johnnie's italian (for the beef)
portillo's (for the hotdog)
nick's (for the gyros)
hong min (for the beef chow fun)
rosded (for roast pork/w rice)

curiously enough, i am not sure what to do for pizza. in the past, i have done giordano's for stuffed and home run inn/father&son for thin. home run inn is nice but not convenient for NW-siders. as for stuffed, i was considering the original unos/due since i heard they were much better than the chain. anybody have any other ideas for thin or stuffed?

oh yeah, the maxwell street threads here have inspired me to make a trip there, as well. very psyched bout that! it's on canal street, now, right?
