I live in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, and I just finished eating a delicouse Red Curry with Chicken and Jasmine Rice fresh from my office microwave.
This little suprise just appeared in a cooler at my local gas station this morning. It was a real boon for me, as all that is available to eat around my township office, are balls of dough fried in rancid oil and the south african version of bolony; polony(oh yeah and barbecued sheeps face, which is nice every once in a while but not on the daily)
The curry, actually had some of those little round Thai eggplants, a real lime leave, slices of red chilis, and a fairly fluffy rice served in a compartment seperated from the decent tasting red curry. All for less than $3.00 US.
The only questionable ingredient listed is "Chicken Seasoning". Not that big a deal, as a little MSG is a decent trade off for an easy meal at work when I dont have any leftovers.
I think if I threw some fresh cilantro, or sweet basil and some extra chilis in it would be even more delicouse.
Its made in Thailand from what I can get from the box also avaliable in the Middle East, Singapore, and Europe.
Looking forward to trying the Masoman and Green Curries.
