I believe that Houston and Dallas should be added as individual cities under the Southwest board. They are very large populous areas that have established restaurants. Why should they be lumped together?
Houston has many different cuisines and cultures all throughout the city. It is not just a BBQ place. The Vietnamese food there is some of the best in the country. Fine dining steak houses and small avant-garde like tapas places can be found in Houston.
Dallas is a sprawling city that has some great places to eat. Many Asian-Fusion places can be found there. Restaurants like Abacus and Charlie Palmer. Also some of the best steak houses in the country are in The DFW area.
Please break these 2 cities out. Austin has been broken out on its own; and its like half the size but 10 times the hype of either of these cities.
