Terrific meal at Pangaea last night

I can't speak highly enough of this gem in North Bennington. Great kirs, great starters (torchon of lamb; Jonah crab flan) great main courses (stir-fried soba noodles with long beans and lotus; lobster braised in butter) great wine (Acacia Carneros Chard); great desserts (creme brulé; fresh berry shortcake) Dinner for two came to $200 including tip; not cheap, but a good price for world-class food. Service was appropriate to the food and the room; casual and proficient. Highest recommendation.
