Last weekend I had the chance to shoot three tequilas alongside a wickedly delicious sangrito for a Texas bbq feast. A new one for me was the Tequila 5150 Reposado. The most eyeopening quality was the luscious, almost syrupy mouthfeel. This one goes down smooooth. Kissed with toasty oak imparting some spicy vanilla notes, this tequila is quite fruity giving the impression of sweetness but finishes quite dry.
