HELP Tenderloin!

I once read on this site about a great butcher in LA where you need to call a day ahead to order a cut of meat. I'm entertaining saturday night and would like to buy a tenderloin. I seem to remember the place was called Harvey Guss???? Can someone recommend a name/link/phone # for a good west side butcher??? What about fish? Is SM seafood the best I got??? What about over on Olympic near Robertson??? Thanks
