Had an interesting dish at NTA: fire exploded delights.
Not quite a total winner, but what an unusual combo of things in one dish: Kidney, shrimp, skate, fish, calamari, fresh poblano chile, snow peas, celery, and 10 or so shelled, just-barely-hard-boiled, quails eggs.
Don't know what the "fire-exploded" was about, it was basically just all stif fried in a mild brown sauce. The sheer combination of ingredients was interesting, and it was tasty, but not a home run.
Might stick with the cumin beef next time.
