Tamarind Ave Deli: Go now

Ive been to this place a couple times and it's a great addition to Hollywood. Good Boars Head Deli making Subs for an ok price(like9 bucks with tax). Bay Cities it is not. But today something happened.

Today I got the #1; beef brisket, horseradish sauce, caramelized onion, smoked mozzarella and arugula. When the guy was cutting the brisket I thought it was for two sandwiches, it all went to mine. I live by Coles and Phillipes and what I had today rivals them both. A huge factor was the amount of meat and its heavy fat content. If you like it lean, go elsewhere. I have noticed that at Bay Cities your sandwich can vary depending on who is behind the counter, well mark it down that on Saturdays there is a guy at Tamarind Ave Deli who is on a mission. Seriously worth the $9.
