I'm not one to disappoint easily, but I've noticed a sharp drop in the quality of the goat cheese produced at the Tack House creamery in VA.
Now, I've been having this stuff for years, and I've noticed lately that the cheese seems put together quickly and sloppily. Those might be harsh words, but the cheese today is so different from what it used to be!
I was wondering if any other hounds noticed the same thing. Anyone tried it lately? Notice a difference?
Or, conversely, if they can recommend other cheesemakers in the DC areas.
