Anyone try the Asian taco truck in the KB Books parking lot across from SDSU?
I had a BBQ Beef taco and a spicy beef taco with chips combo. The BBQ Beef was pretty good, but the spicy was kind of average, but maybe I should have used more salsa or sauce. The guy in the truck said they do lunch at SDSU and go to PB on Thursday and Saturday nights. He said they've been there since November, I hadn't noticed, but they're kind of hidden behind the building.
Overall, I'd say it was decent but not really wow, though I understand they're still pretty new. In any case, it is something new for the very boring lunch scene around SDSU and I'm all for encouraging somebody trying something new. I'm going to try a few more items on their menu.
I wonder if they'll still be there after finals at SDSU end on Friday?
I googled for their website: http://www.tabebbq.com
