In the copley sq, newbury street area( besides foodtrucks) I didnt see a great& delicious lunch option.
Today I found myself with 4 of my college friends, wandering backbay& ended up,having the most wonderful experience of food& service.
yes, the line was out the door at noon, but we only waited 10(?) minutes.
we tried 5 ( different) salads( constructed exactly to our preferences in front of us) 3 gazpachos and a variety of lemonades( cucumber, ginger, lemonade being voted best)
the crew working was the absolute best- we had 2 custom salads( vegans)& 3 menu salads-( with tofu swapped for falafel) all mixed with a smile and a conversation about our components.
seating was close, yet available, lots of quick turnovers
just realized its a new - to- boston- yet Washington dc shop
any thoughts? we are going back tomorrow for a late lunch
organic ingredients and lots of local purveyors listed on chalk board
overall- very satisfying
