sweetbreads/foie gras

I need my fellow 'Hounders to unearth the answer to my question:

About once a year a friend of mine and I take an out-of-town friend to a New Orleans restaurant that does a nice job with sweetbreads and/or foie gras (seared, not a terrine). So far, off the top of my head, we've satisfied his taste for said with visits to August, Herbsaint, Bayona, Gautreau's, MiLa, Bistro in the Maison de Ville, and the now-shuttered Cuvee. Some new candidate selections would be appreciated (side note: he's only in for one night and Stella is booked).
