Sushi-tuna "sandwich" at gargoyles

Ohhhhhhhhhhh I had the greatest dinner last night. Originally intended to just have a drink at the bar, but then ordered this great sandwich - seared, rare tuna with wasabi sauce, sprouts, thick slices of avocado on toasted Nori bread. The best combo of textures, but then it got even better, with these toasted rice "sticks". Sticky rice molded into thick rectangles, rolled in sesame seeds, and crispy golden outside, soft and creamy inside. A little tangy from the vinegar, which added to the perfect bites. Companion had a GreatHill blue cheese burger, which was good, but not as great as mine! I think I have to go back asap! PS. ~50$ for both dinners and 4 glasses of wine, total.
