surprisingly good Beet Salad near SBC Park

I have eaten at Paragon (2nd and Townsend)a few times but I never found anything good to say about it. However, two nights ago, in a moment of desparation, I ordered a Beet Salad to go. It was fanatastic if you like Beets. 2 kinds of beets - red and yellow, tiniest cherry tomatoes, some macadamia nuts, crispy green beans, goat cheese, some mix greens and i think very thin slices of jacama. The dressing is very simple vinigrette (sp). Overall, great flavor, great texture. Love it.
