I love Mezzetta sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, and I refrigerated them immediately after opening (as it says to do on the jar) but it looks like something went wrong.
The oil is still liquid-y, however, there are little solidified dots/beads/strands floating in there.
Is this mold or bacteria? This is the second jar I've bought that has done this. (I threw the first one out, assuming it was just old or something... but this jar is brand new. It looks like an science experiment in there.)
