stuffed derma in East Bay?

My wife mentioned the other night that she misses eating "kishke" aka "stuffed derma", a Jewish wheat (flour?) type stuffed sausage. I realized that I have not had it in years either. As the recent discussion on Chowhound about the lack of good Jewish style delis in the Bay Area hit me, I was wondering if anyone has seen this food item in the East Bay for sale for consumption at home, but then I was also wondering if anyone has seen it on the East side of the Bay. Being in Contra Costa County, I suspect the closest source, if available, would be a kosher butcher shop such as in Oakland, if even there. Anyone got a clue to recent sightings?

I suspect it is easily available in the Russian sector in San Francisco, but in the East Bay I'm not so sure.
