Is there any stromboli out here like you get in NJ/PA, back east? I'm talking about rolling up the pizza dough with layers of pepperoni or salami meat etc, with cheeses, so the dough, meat and cheese are spiraled together. NOT calzone, which is basically a pizza just folded in half, full of goopy cheese and meat and which some shops out here are calling stromboli. Should be served with good red sauce (gravy!) to dip the stromboli slices in. Please help.
