We will omit from this discussion just how long it's been since the last time I made popcorn balls. But it occurs to me this might be something appropriate to prepare for a brief visit from out-of-state grandkids on their way to visit the other g'parents. I'm trying to figure out how far in advance I can do it, and whethr an airtight container plus the individual plastic wrap will stave off sogginess. (And it occurs to me the plastic wrap might be easier to deal with if lightly greased, at least in the center.) Opinions?
