Yesterday I found a recipe I want to try, but I haven't cooked with quinoa before and have some questions.
Uncooked - I assume storing in an airtight container is good, but is it okay to leave it in a cabinet or should it go in the fridge?
Cooked - how long does cooked quinoa last? I know you can eat it cold, but does it reheat well? Do you reheat it like you would rice? Can it be frozen?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
